We just completed a renovation on the house, new carpet upstairs, new paint, switched to stainless appliances, new siding, re-finished the exterior logs, and the list goes on and on, you must see to appreciate. It is heated by a natural gas forced air furnace. There is a large crawl space under the house, all on a concrete slab to make storage and moving around so much nicer and cleaner. The guest cabin is 640 sq. ft, includes a ¾ loft, bathroom, full size kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar. This cabin has everything and will come fully furnished and ready to go for Airbnb, or to rent furnished. We can give you tips for Airbnb if you like, we have 5 stars every time, with about 30 reviews. Everyone that stays says it's their favorite AK place to stay and favorite cabin, no joke read the reviews (Cabin on the Creek on Airbnb). It rents from between $80-125 a night in the summer, May through September. If you rent it out by the month then I charge $1,000 a month. I have never had to sit on it, it rents very fast. The Cabin is also heated via thermostatically controlled gas stove (Hearthstone).
